NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Wenatchee Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Council Chambers of Wenatchee City Hall, 129 South Chelan Avenue, Wenatchee to consider testimony for and against the following applications:

CUP-18-02 - A conditional use permit to establish a place of worship as defined by the City of Wenatchee code. The space would be utilized for storage, staff meetings, youth group, training classes, and a simulcast overflow room during our Sunday services. Activities would occur in the space on the weekends and after 5 PM on weekdays. The subject site is within the Central Business District (CBD) and Historic/entertainment overlay (HEO), located at 118 N. Wenatchee Avenue; identified by Assessor’s Parcel No. 22-20-03-590-090

CUP-18-03 - An application for a conditional use permit was received to amend the existing conditional use permit for a child day care center to accommodate 40 children. The subject property is within the Residential Moderate (RM) Zoning District and Mixed Residential Corridor (MRC) Overlay District, located at 1720 Walnut Street; and identified by Assessor's Parcel No.: 23-20-33-858-060

P-17-03 - A preliminary plat to develop approximately 16 acres into 37 residential lots including the necessary infrastructure (utilities, roads, sidewalk, etc.). The preliminary plat proposes access via an easement for proposed lots 34, 35, and 36; and request an administrative deviation to the adopted road standards allowed by Ordinance 2017-24. A portion of property identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 222005780285 will dedicated as part of the proposed public road. A boundary line adjustment would be recorded concurrently with the final plat to change lot boundaries to reflect as is proposed on the preliminary plat. The subject property is located partially within the Residential Low (RL) and Residential Single-family (RS) Zoning Districts, located at 2119 Springwater Ave, Wenatchee; and identified by Assessor's Parcel Nos.: 222005120200, 222005780283, portion of 222005780285

P-ALT-17-02 - A preliminary plat alteration to remove an access easement on Lot 18, Block B of Broadview Phase IX and create an access private lane designated as Tract A. The subject property is located in the Residential Single-family (RS) Zoning Districts, located at 2055 and 2059 Broadcrest Court, and 2105 Maiden Lane, Wenatchee; and identified by Assessor's Parcel Nos.: 232032484170, 232032484180, and 232032484060

Application materials for the above applications can be found at the City of Wenatchee Website under the "Government" tab, followed by "Community and Economic Development", and then "Notice of Application and Public Hearings" or directly at http://www.wenatcheewa.gov/government/community-and-economic-development/notice-of-application-and-public-hearings. The staff report will be available at this location one week prior to the hearing.
