A new feature has been added to the City’s website that provides citizens and businesses with a more convenient way of submitting requests, concerns or issues to the City. The feature, called the Citizen Help Desk, allows users to submit requests with an online form. Once submitted, the request is automatically routed to the appropriate City department for action.
To get started with your request, go to:
http://www.wenatcheewa.gov/helpdesk. It can also be reached from the City's home page by selecting Online Services from the left hand side and then selecting Citizen Help Desk.
