The City Clerk manages activities prescribed by state law. The Clerk is responsible for managing official City records and legal documents, receiving claims, and processing public information disclosures, while serving as the Mayor’s Assistant and City Council liaison.

Public Disclosure Requests
If you wish to submit a request for public records, please complete a City of Wenatchee Request for Public Records Form (PDF). Completed forms must be returned to the City Clerk at the above address.
Filing Claims for Damages
The Clerk is designated to receive all Claims for Damages. If you believe you have a claim, please fill out a Standard Tort Claim Form (PDF) and forward to the Clerk at City Hall.
