Illicit Discharge

The four jurisdictions each adopted an Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) Ordinance by late summer of 2009. All of the ordinances prohibit non-stormwater discharges and with a few exceptions allow similar enforcement action.

The four jurisdictions are working on implementation of the Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) program. The program must be implemented by August 2011.
