HP-17-06 - An application submitted by Richard and Daniela Dickson, and Derik and Kimberly Scott for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace four bedroom windows on the north and west side of the house. HP-17-05 - The City of Wenatchee has received a nomination submitted by Ron Lodge to have his property located at 708 S. Wenatchee Avenue, also known as Safeway, Wenatchee South End, listed on the City of Wenatchee Register of Historic Places.
HP-17-03 - An application submitted by Mike Kaputa for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove the existing covered porched and construct a new covered porch to include an enclosed entry area that currently does not exist. The proposed covered porch and enclosed area would be extended approximately 5’ toward the front property line. The existing front door and windows would be reused and installed in the same configuration on the proposed front entry. A new window matching the existing windows on the house would be installed on the north side of the proposed entry. The proposed roofline would replicate the existing “eyebrow” roofline of the existing covered porch. The exterior would be finished in Hardiplank to match the existing siding of the home.
