The Records Division is located on the first floor of the Police Department, and the customer service window is located at the walk-up counter in the lobby. The Records Division collects payments for parking tickets and traffic infractions, processes concealed pistol license (CPL) applications, and requests for police records. The Records Division processes police reports and is responsible for the retention and dissemination of incident reports.

The vestibule provides 24-hour-a-day access, and a phone is available to call the RiverCom 911 Dispatch Center should you need to report an emergency or require officer contact after hours. A citation payment box is also located in the vestibule to allow you to remit citation payments after hours.
