Code Enforcement ensures that violations of the Wenatchee City Code affecting the health, safety and welfare of the community are brought into compliance by the responsible party.
To submit a code violation, please use the online form.
The Code Enforcement Board reviews cases of code violations if voluntary corrections are not made after initial contact by the Code Enforcement Officer.
This Property Maintenance Assistance Guide is provided to assist residents in cleaning and maintaining their properties.
Public Nuisances (WCC.2.07.040)
Public nuisances include inoperable/junk vehicles, debris, rubbish, garbage, overgrown vegetation, etc. on private and public land.
Vegetation and landscaping are part of what makes Wenatchee a beautiful place. The "Love Where You Live" brochures have been provided to all City of Wenatchee property owners to encourage voluntary compliance by outlining code requirements.

Substandard Housing (WCC.2.07.290)
Substandard housing includes housing that does not meet minimum health and safety standards such as lack of water, smoke alarms, power or sewer, has broken windows, faulty weather protection, etc.

Zoning (WCC Title 10)
Zoning violations commonly concern permitted, conditional and accessory uses, accessory structures, setbacks, required off-street parking, fencing and signs.
