Washington Park was acquired in 1946.  The 4.12 acre park features a picnic shelter, wading pool, grassy areas and play equipment.

The wading pool is open during the Summer months.  The specific schedule may be found in the Summer Recreation Activity Guide on the Recreation and Art Program Page of this website.

The group picnic shelter was constructed in 2016 through a partnership with the Riverview Kiwanis.  It is available for reserved use and holds approximately 100 people.  Reservations may be made online by clicking here or by visiting the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department Office at 301 Yakima Street.
