In February of 2007, the Washington State Department of Ecology issued the Eastern Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit to the City of Wenatchee, Chelan County, Douglas County and the City of East Wenatchee.  This permit requires each jurisdiction to develop and implement a Stormwater Management Program.  To share resources and develop a consistent regional program, representatives from both cities and counties have been working together to meet the requirements of the permit.  The Stormwater Management Program is updated annually and input from the public about the program is accepted year-round with the survey below.
