Notice of Public Hearing

Draft Amendment 1 - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2018 Annual Action Plan

Post Date:03/20/2019 8:00 AM

Residents of Wenatchee and other interested persons are invited to comment on the following:

1.The draft Amendment I to the 2018 CDBG Annual Action Plan

The 2018 Annual Action Plan describes how anticipated CDBG funds will be used in the 2018 program year and identifies associated activities the City proposes to undertake.

Wenatchee’s CDBG program year was adjusted and takes effect during the 2018 program. This adjustment results in a 6 month extension without additional federal funding and therefore necessitates an amendment to the budget to ensure each project is adequately funded to avoid a lapse in productivity.

All comments, preferably in writing, that are received by April 24, 2019 will be considered prior to final action. Such comments shall be addressed to:

City of Wenatchee – CDBG Program
c/o Brooklyn Holton
P.O. Box 519
Wenatchee, WA 98807

A copy of draft Amendment I is available on the City’s website at www.wenatcheewa.gov. Copies, including alternative formats, may also be requested by calling (509) 888-3258.
