Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) provide opportunities to expand housing options on existing residential lots. An ADU can either be attached or detached from the primary dwelling and can provide opportunities for additional income, multigenerational living, or housing for caregivers. To support residents, promote affordable and diverse housing choices, the City allows up to two ADUs per lot.
